TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: –
Superb Travels is our aggregator and facilitator for travel-related services. STM owns and operates its website, listing flights, hotels, accommodations, and travel package options. Meanwhile, service providers – including airlines, hotels, bus companies, etc.- provide the actual Travel Services to users. The service providers offer STM with information about their services. This information includes travel service specifics, photographs, pricing, and any applicable rules and restrictions. This information is displayed on the STM website. The service providers are responsible for keeping such information correct, full, and up to date. STM shall not be accountable for any inaccuracies in such material unless we directly caused them. STM makes no promises about the availability of specific travel services. Photos and graphics on the STM website are intended to illustrate to users the level and kind of accommodation.
HOTELS: While booking a Hotel on our Website, it is advised to carefully read the fact sheet details to ensure that the User has understood the amenities available and they are as per their requirements. The details of the hotel amenities, rooms, and facilities given on the website are as provided by the hotels to Superb Travels. Superb Travels updates all these fact sheets and details as and when provided, but it is wholly dependent on the respective hotel for the timely updating of information. Hotels reserve the right of admission as per the prevalent and applicable laws and hotel policy. The principal guest must be an adult and shall carry a photo ID and address proof while checking in at the hotel. The check-in and check-out timings are according to the policy of the concerned hotel. In case of any dispute, the User must resolve it with the respective Hotel, and Superb Travels shall not be held liable for any miscommunication or lack of information, etc.
AIRLINES TICKETS: Users are given a choice of full fare service and low fare airline options on our website. Low-cost airlines do not have all the services available on board. Hence, Users agree to go through the rules and regulations of airlines thoroughly about the fares, class, baggage allowance, refunds, other services, etc. Users are advised to choose the airlines very carefully, keeping in view the terms & conditions of the airlines as well as their own needs, before finalizing and making bookings. Against Users’ bookings, paper tickets or e-tickets will be provided, and both are valid to travel from the airline’s end. Airlines have the right to change the flight timings, change the route, or cancel the flight(s) according to circumstances prevailing at that time, without notifying Superb Travels. Superb Travels has no prerogative or control over the logistical procedures of the airlines. Superb Travels only acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for any flight delay, change of route or its cancellation. Such decisions are taken entirely and solely by the airlines. Users are also advised to carry all the necessary travel documents with them as per the concerned country’s rules, like Passport, a Visa, Identity proof, air tickets, check-in timings, etc. In case the User is unable to travel due to a lack of travel documents, Superb Travels shall not be held responsible for any loss or otherwise.
BAGGAGE: Users are recommended to carry their baggage as per the concerned airline’s baggage policy, since it differs from airline to airline and according to the class a User is travelling. Carrying more baggage than entitlement would result in extra charges by the airlines as per their policy. However, it is always advisable to refer to the updated baggage rules of the concerned airlines before travelling. The delay in arrival of baggage or misplacement/loss of baggage by the airlines or passengers will be the sole responsibility of the airline or passengers. In this connection, the passengers must directly deal with the airline.
HOLIDAY PACKAGES: Holiday packages are a combination of travel arrangements by air, bus, car, van, etc., accommodation at the destination, transfers from airport to hotel, etc., as well as local sightseeing. All these components are consolidated by STM and presented to the customer as a complete package. Nonetheless, the individual segments are managed and serviced by the respective airline, bus service, hotel, etc., as per their terms and conditions. Each travel service is governed by its own rules and restrictions. Such details, as made available to STM, are displayed on the website for our customers. Users are advised to exercise due diligence about the terms and conditions of the individual service providers before finalizing a package. Users agree not to hold STM liable for any fault or lack of service of the individual service provider.
TRANSFERS & SIGHTSEEING: Users have a choice to select a “seat-in-coach” basis sightseeing or private sightseeing tours and transfers. Users shall choose the same carefully concerning their flight time or train timings. Panoramic tours at any destination generally do not allow Users to stop at a particular site of attraction. Users are expected to follow a sightseeing schedule as pre-arranged and advised by the concerned Superb Travel advisor, keeping in mind the available time and tour sites to be covered. Entrance fees to attraction sites like amusement parks, adventure sports, monuments, cruise, etc., are normally not included in city tours unless specified, and this needs to be paid always at the time of entry point of the sightseeing. Users are advised to carefully check all the details, vouchers, itinerary, etc.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that passengers take adequate Travel insurance cover to secure their health and life while travelling. To cover the risk of medical issues and life cover, while on tour, Superb Travels can identify reputed insurance companies for Travel insurance at affordable rates. However, it would be the responsibility of the Users to check the suitability, accuracy, and terms & conditions of the insurance policies. The user may also note that if there are any insurance claims, those shall be referred directly to the insurance company for settlement. Users should ensure that they carry their travel insurance policy documents along with them.
PAYMENTS: STM retains the right to impose additional fees, such as convenience fees, on top of the booking price as charged by the service providers. Before the user confirms the reservation and pays, any such additional costs—including those for modifications to the trip schedule—will be displayed to them. The User agrees to be responsible for all costs, fees, duties, and taxes incurred because of using STM’s services. All online payments made via www.Superb Travels.com site while booking any product or service are secure. Superb Travels does not store or save the credit card, debit card, or any other payment details of any customer in their database or any data backup system, or retrieval systems. Once Users have finalized and are ready to do bookings/transactions, Users will be transferred to the bank gateway for making online payments. The Users shall not disclose any sensitive details about their credit/debit card numbers, CVV, OTP, etc., to anyone, even to any employee, representative, or agent of Superb Travels. No employee of STM is authorized to ask for any financial details as mentioned above. In case Users disclose any sensitive details about their credit/debit cards, they shall only be responsible for any misuse of their cards whatsoever. Superb Travels shall not be liable in any way for any loss that Users incur for sharing the aforesaid details. All payments by Users should be made to the bank account of Superb Travels only and not to any private account. Once the payment made by Credit/Debit card has been cleared by the user’s bank and the respective gateway, and thereafter service has been provided by Superb Travels to the Users, no request for charge-back thereafter will be accepted.
Payment Terms
Prices for items are described on our website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices for packages are in Indian rupees. Prices for packages and services may change following the guidelines or other factors, depending on the demand and following any other terms and conditions as may be applicable. Users further undertake that by initiating a transaction, the User is entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Company to purchase the package or services using such payment facilities as may be permitted by applicable laws and as may be accepted by the Website.
 
The Website does not charge any registration/membership or browsing fee. However, the Website reserves the absolute right to alter the fee policy from time to time. In the event, the Website alters its services, it may introduce new fees for such altered services. All such fees that the Website may charge will be intimated to the Users, and such change shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. All such fees charged by the Website shall be in Indian Rupees. The User’s continued use of the Website shall be deemed as an acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
 
The Company may enter into agreements with third-party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund, and remittance, and to facilitate payment between Users and the Company. The Website shall initiate the remittance of the payments made by the User, and the date of completion of the transaction shall be after the packages are delivered to the User and such other additional time as may be agreed between the Company and any third Party.
 
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, the Website will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the User due to:
 
1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
2. Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed upon by the User and the relevant banks of the User, or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Illegitimacy of the payment methods (credit/debit card frauds, etc.) being used by a User;
5. Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)
 
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Website reserves the right to conduct additional verification for security or other reasons if it is not satisfied with the credibility of the User.
 
Use of the payment facilities provided by the Website shall not render the Website liable or responsible for the non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, breach of representations and warranties or fraud as regards the packages listed on the Website. The Website shall not be responsible for any damages, interests or claims arising from not processing a transaction.
 
Every User hereby agrees to provide accurate information, such as credit/debit information, for purchasing Products on the Website. Every User further warrants that he/she shall not use payment information or an instrument that is not lawfully owned by the User. The Website shall not utilize or share with any third party unless required as per law, regulation, or court order or by the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Website disclaims all liabilities arising out of loss of any information about the Confidentiality of the credit/debit card details or pre-paid instrument account. In addition to these Terms, the terms and conditions of the bank or other financial institution shall also apply to every User. The Website disclaims any liability arising out of the decline of payment by such bank or financial institution.
 
The Website may, in its sole discretion, impose limits on the number of transactions that an individual holding a financial instrument may use for payment for packages.
 
Additionally, the Website reserves the right to refuse to process transactions exceeding such limit and transactions by Users that have incurred questionable charges and amounts.
 
The Website is merely a facilitator for providing the User with payment channels through automated online electronic payments (either itself or through Service Providers), collection and remittance facility for the payment of packages purchased by the User on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks (of either the Website or Service Providers).
MODE OF PAYMENT: STM provides different modes of payment for transacting, like UPI, Credit/Debit cards of various banks, Net Banking facility, Wallets, etc. We accept MasterCard, American Express, and Visa Credit cards. In case of payment made through a credit card, a bank charge may be applicable on the amount being paid.
CANCELLATION & REFUND: Cancellation of a booked service and the resultant refund, if any, is mainly dependent on several factors such as cancellation policies of suppliers like airlines, hoteliers, the number of participants, coach operators, etc. The decision on the quantum of refund/no refund is determined by the Suppliers as per their respective terms & conditions and shall be deemed to be final. The process of refund, if any, can take at least 7 to 10 working days (25 to 30 working days in case of partially utilized air tickets). No refund will be initiated by Superb Travels in case the trip is interrupted due to Force Majeure. Users may note that no refund shall be provided by Superb Travels, but will be considered by respective suppliers as per their policies. In case any refund is processed, it shall be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STM AND THE USER: Superb Travels will send confirmations of the reservation and payment, e-tickets, hotel vouchers, refund status, and any other information about the service or transaction by phone, SMS, messaging apps like WhatsApp, email, or any other communication details provided by the user at the time of booking, The user affirms and consents that the communication is transactional, follows a request, has the user’s consent, and is not “unsolicited commercial communication” by TRAI regulations.
RIGHT TO REFUSE AND TO CANCEL: The user specifically agrees to give STM accurate, current, and legitimate information and to avoid making any false claims when using the website. STM maintains the right to refuse to offer any service or accept any booking, as well as to suspend or terminate the User’s registration and refuse access to the website, if the User violates this User Agreement or STM is unable to verify/authenticate any of the information provided by the User. If a breach or misrepresentation is detected after the booking has been made, STM reserves the right to cancel it. In such instances, the user will not hold STM accountable for any loss or damage.
USE OF THE WEBSITE- Superb Travels offers a non-transferable license to use this website by the terms and conditions specified in the User Agreement. This Website shall only be used by the User to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not to take any action that places a burden on its infrastructure, as it would be completely undesirable, unreasonable, and in violation of the relevant law. The Users should not use this Website for any other purpose, including, without limitation, for any false or speculative, or fraudulent reservations. The Users are not authorized to make a reservation in the name of a fictitious person. The User agrees that he/she will not use any device, software, or demeanors that will interfere or are reasonably expected to interfere with the normal functioning of this Website. The User is not permitted to post or transmit any unlawful, against religious belief, indecent, or any other content which could constitute or encourage a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability or otherwise is violative of any applicable laws. WARRANTIES: Superb Travels specifically disclaims all warranties concerning this Website or its use by Users thereof, whether implied expressly, or otherwise, including without limitation, all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Superb Travels shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of this Website or the information available on this Website.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of exceptional circumstances which are beyond the control of Superb Travels or the Service Providers like act of God, terrorist activity, government decisions, insolvency, war etc. due to which Superb Travels and/or Service Providers are not able to honour the confirmed arrangements, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternatives to the Users if supported by the respective service providers. The Users agree that Superb Travels cannot be held responsible for any such Force Majeure circumstances.
ARBITRATION: All legal disputes involving Superb Travels will be settled under the Indian laws. In case of any dispute of whatsoever nature arising under this agreement, it shall be resolved/settled through a good-faith negotiation amongst the parties. In case the dispute is not resolved by negotiations within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The location of arbitration shall be Moradabad-244001, Uttar Pradesh, India. The decision of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties. In case the dispute requires court intervention, the courts in Moradabad-244001 shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction.

The user will need to register on the company website to make bookings. For this, the User acknowledges and agrees to undergo a Mobile number-based OTP verification process, for which the Company uses a third-party service. Superb Travels Rights
Any material or content (comments, questions, suggestions, photographs, videos, etc.) sent by the User to the site via electronic mail or Mobile phone as feedback will be treated as non-confidential by the Company. User grants STM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, and publicly display the same to improve and enhance STM services and website.
DISPUTES:
Any disagreements between Superb Travels and the user will be settled under Indian laws. Disputes of whatsoever nature shall be resolved/settled through a good-faith negotiation amongst the parties. PROMOTION CODES:
The promotion codes generated by the Company can be availed on the Company’s website as discount coupons. The discounts and advantages of promotion codes can only be availed if the correct and full information regarding the promotion code is filled in at the time of booking. In case the User fails to use the promotion, code or fills up and provides incorrect details, then the Company shall not be liable to give any credit once the booking is made
Users can only avail themselves of one promotional offer at a time, even if multiple promotional offers are running. Two promotional codes cannot be combined at the time of booking.
FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS:
All flight bookings/tickets issued to the customers are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Airline.
STM is a facilitator assisting the user to book a flight. The concerned airline is the actual service provider, and STM has no control or authority over the logistics of the airlines and, as such, is not liable for any loss or damage the user may incur for any flight service-related issue.
Users are recommended to make themselves familiar with the airline’s rules, including but not limited to fares, baggage, seats, modifications, cancellation, refund, check-in times, etc., and their terms and conditions and user agreement of STM, before booking the flight.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the users also agree and accept the terms and conditions of the Airline.
The price displayed on the site is inclusive of all Government taxes, surcharges, and convenience fees, and the User agrees to the price.
The entire amount is required to be paid before the confirmation of the booking.
Booking is also required to be made for infants below the age of 24 months (2 years).
Seats are subject to availability
Special fares do not apply to group bookings.
Web/Tele Check-in is required to be done with the Airline directly.
For international flights, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure that he has valid travel documents, including, passport, visas, vaccination certificates etc. STM will not be liable for any loss incurred by the user for inability to travel for want of valid travel documents.
Amendments
Any modifications or amendments made to a flight booking on the STM website will be as per the terms and conditions of the concerned airline and of STM.
Every modification in the booking made on the Superb Travels site is subject to modification charges levied by the Airline, which may vary by flight, date, and class of booking.
In case of rescheduling, the current booking ID will be auto-cancelled, and a fresh booking ID will be generated based on the current pricing.
For the Rescheduling of flights, a charge fee of Rs. 300 per passenger per sector will be charged by us in addition to the Airline’s Rescheduling charges.
Flight booking made through the Superb Travels website can also be modified by calling the Airline directly.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations made to a flight booking on the STM website will be as per the terms and conditions of the concerned airline and of STM.
Every cancellation of a booking made on Superb Travels is subject to cancellation charges levied by the Airline, which may vary by flight, date, and class of booking.
Some flight tickets issued are non-refundable as per the airline’s policies.
We accept both online and offline flight ticket cancellation requests. It can be made through telephone or email.
We charge an additional Rs. 600 per passenger per sector, in addition to the Airline’s cancellation charges.
In the case of e-tickets, if you are initiating a cancellation request within 24 hours from the departure time, then it is recommended to contact the Airline directly and cancel the flight.
Refunds:
Refund for a cancelled flight booking on the STM website will be as per the cancellation and refunds policy of the concerned airline and of STM. The actual refund will be subject to STM receiving the same from the airlines.
The passengers are required to contact Superb Travels directly for refunds. The Airline will not be able to process refunds for the tickets booked at Superb Travels.
To start the refund process, cancellations made directly with the airline must be communicated to STM.
The time taken for processing the request for refund and cancellation may vary and can take up to 7 to 10 working days
Refunds for partially utilized tickets will be processed as per the Airline’s prevalent guidelines. Refunds for partially used tickets can take up to 25 to 30 working days, depending on the booking class and fare charged by the Airline and the airline’s policy.
If a Non-Refundable ticket is issued once, it cannot be canceled/date changed, or refunded.
If a Group Fare ticket is issued once, it cannot be canceled/date changed, or refunded.
No refund will be provided for “no-shows”.
No refund will be provided for “Surcharge and Convenience fees.”
No refund will be provided for “Transaction Charge in respect of the Payment Gateway.”
HOLIDAY PACKAGE BOOKING TERMS
For booking a holiday package through our website, STM gives users the option to book multiple travel services simultaneously; nevertheless, each travel service has its own set of rules and restrictions. Users are advised to make themselves aware of these. The actual service will be provided by the individual travel service provider, for example, the airline for transportation, the hotel for accommodation, the cab/van for local transportation, and sightseeing, etc. STM has no control or authority over the logistics of these travel service providers and, as such, is not liable for any loss or damage the user may incur for any service-related issue.
User acknowledges that the pictures of holiday packages shown on the website are indicative and should not be considered representative of the actual product.
The prices/taxes of the holiday packages shown on the site are subject to change.
Booking and confirmation of the holiday packages are subject to availability. Special rates may apply during peak or festive seasons without any prior notification.
In case Superb Travels is unable to provide the holiday package shown/provided on the website, then Superb Travels reserves the right to provide a substitute holiday package of the same standard.
The terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notice due to circumstances beyond our and the supplier’s control. We only act as an intermediary agent in such cases.
The user is advised to read the complete description of the holiday package carefully before booking the package. By booking the package user agrees to all the terms and conditions and is bound by the conditions included in the package.
Users are recommended to obtain insurance and other protective measures for additional safety.
Your right to modify or cancel your order will be determined under the applicable terms and conditions. You are required to inform us in writing regarding such a request.
All packages are subject to the availability of rooms and flights.
HOTEL BOOKING TERMS:
Superb Travels is an aggregator and facilitator that provides a platform for users to pick and book accommodations such as hotels, homestays, and bed and breakfasts (collectively called hotels) at the place of their choice.
Initial deposit – 50% per person to confirm you are booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure
Airfare payment will be extra.
Users should make themselves apprised of the hotel policy and all the terms and conditions of stay in a particular hotel before making a booking. Since the hotel in question is the real service provider and STM has no control or power over its operations, STM is not responsible for any loss or damage the user may sustain because of any service-related problem.
The hotel has made available to STM all the information featured on the website, including photos, room types, available facilities, and amenities. These are mainly for reference.
Any disparity between the actual settings and the images on the website is not STM’s responsibility. The user may raise the issue directly with the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right of admission and hence may not allow the residents, unmarried couples, or unrelated couples to check in as guests. Superb Travels holds no liability for such check-in denials. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
The primary guest must be 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel.
The check-in and check-out times will be processed under the hotel’s terms and conditions. The hotel may charge extra for late check-out. It is subject to change as per hotel policy.
STM charges the user only for the room rent. Including taxes and surcharges, and convenience fee, and sometimes for breakfast and/or meals, as indicated in the hotel booking voucher. The hotel will charge you for your additional personal expenses, such as laundry, room service, tips, etc., at the time of check-out or before.
The guests are required to present their valid photo identification proof at the time of check-in. As per the Government regulation, a valid identification proof is required to be submitted by all guests at the time of their check-in. Documents accepted for photo identification proof are a driving license, a passport, and a voter’s card. Please note that the PAN card will not be accepted as a photo identification proof.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of hotel booking will be regulated as per the Hotel’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation of Hotel bookings can be done online as well as by contacting Superb Travels’ call centers.
Only the cancellation requests made online or via Mobile phones will be entertained. Superb Travels will not be responsible for any cancellation made directly with the Hotel or done via any other medium, including but not limited to SMS.
Even if you do not check in at the Hotel, the Hotel will still charge you for the Room Booked and deduct the full cancellation amount that you have paid.
25% cancellation fee if cancelled 20 days before check-in
50% cancellation fee if cancelled 15 days before check-in
75% cancellation fee if cancelled 10 days before check-in
100% cancellation fee if cancelled before 07 days or NO Show of the check-in
Refund Policy:
A refund will be initiated by Superb Travels within 48 hours of receiving the request.
A refund will be processed as per the hotel’s policy, and apart from that, we will charge a cancellation fee of Rs. 300.
The refund request can take up to 7 to 10 working days to process and to credit the amount to the same payment mode. Which has been done by the user(offline/online).
We do not provide cash on a credit card.
If the Payment failed
Payment was unsuccessful as the customer canceled it.
If the amount was deducted from the customer’s bank account, it will be credited to them within 5-7 working days.
Do not make a payment twice at the same time. Kindly wait for the first transaction.
 
Health Entry Regulations
All travelers must agree to follow the health entry requirements for their destination, be it for domestic travel or an international journey. These would include, but not be limited to, necessary inoculations, prescriptions for medicines carried, etc. In the event of any endemic, epidemic, or pandemic diseases in the place, region, or country of destination or at the place of origin of the travel, government/statutory bodies may lay down protocols and standard operating procedures that a traveler must observe to undertake the travel. Users agree that they will follow all health entry regulations. Failure to abide by such protocol / standard operating procedures may disallow the User to undertake the travel. In such circumstances, Superb Travels will not be held liable for such refusal to travel and refund, if any. This will be treated as a “no show,” and there will be no refund.
