Tentative Hajj Schedule: Very Short Hajj Package – Non-Shifting

Hajj 2026 Itinerary

Hajj 2026 Start 24th May: Based on the Islamic Calendar (Dates may vary)
Hajj 2026 Departure: 19th/20th May (Dates may vary)
DAY 1: The group will fly to Jeddah, where AC Deluxe buses will transport them to the Makkah Hotel. Once checked in, the tour guide will lead the group to Umrah.
19th/20th May to 24th May 2026: Relax at the hotel, visit the Holy Haram, perform Namaz and do Ibaadat, and seize the chance for Umrah. Then, embark on a pilgrimage to Mecca’s sacred local shrines.

Start Hajj Journey:
Hajj 2026 – Day One: May 24th (8th Zil Hajj) Commencement of Hajj at Mina Camp.
Hajj 2026 – Day 2: May 25th (9th Zil Hajj) After Fajr prayers, move to Arafat. Stay in Arafat and then continue to Muzdalfah after Maghrib.
Hajj 2026 – Day 3: May 26th (10th Zil Hajj) Proceed to Mina to complete the remaining Hajj rites, which include Qurbani, Jamarat, and the first Ramee (stoning of the pillars), after Fajr.
Hajj 2026 – Day 4: May 27th (11th Zil Hajj) Continue in Mina for the second Ramee (stoning of the pillars) and perform Tawaf – E – Ziyarah.
Hajj 2026 – Day 5: May 28th (12th Zil Hajj) Stay in Mina for the third Ramee (stoning of the pillars). Following Asr, move to the Makkah Hotel as directed by the Moallim.
From May 28th/ 29th to 01st/02nd June: Makkah: Relax at the hotel and visit the Holy Haram.
01st/02nd June: backpack, Ready for a journey to Medina
01st /02nd June to 03rd/04th June: Rest at the hotel, visit Masjid al-Nabawi, perform Namaz do Ibaadat, then embark on a Ziyarat tour in Medina’s shrines.
June 03rd/4th: Begin the journey home to India.

• A bona fide passport that should be valid for another 6 months
• Passport size photograph with white background
• PAN Card
• Vaccination certificate

Payment Terms

• 01 Term: ₹99,999 booking amount per person.
• 02 Term: Before proceeding with the visa process, clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
• 03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared after receiving the visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
•  04 Term: We accept both online/offline payment modes.

Cancellation Policy

• The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
• All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
• If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
• To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.
• Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline’s policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it is essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
• No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, or Ziyarats, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

• Vaccination certificate proving that the pilgrim is fully vaccinated
• Fluctuation in Airfare or visa fee must be paid before departure
• Transportation for Tawaf-E-Ziyarat is excluded.
• Hajj Transport provided by Moallims.
• Muzdalifah to Mina Transport is excluded
• Transport from the shifting hotel to Haram during the shifting stay is on your own
• Services in Mina and Arafat are provided by the Saudi Government and are subject to any changes without prior notice: (Services like locations of tents, Beds, and any other arrangement)
• Room Check-in time is 04 PM and check out time is 12 PM Noon
• Each room will accommodate 5 to 6 pilgrims
• Room services are not included in this package- (Room services in hotels depend on the hotel)
• Riyaz Ul Jannah’s permit is not included in our package: (The Saudi government has launched the app named NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah)
• Laundry service will be provided after Hajj 2 times in Mecca and 2 times in Medina.
• No laundry services are available in Mina, Muzdalifa, and Arafat
• Hotel distance might vary on different platforms (we measure distance from the boundaries of Haram Sharif and Masjid-e-Nabawi to the hotel boundary)
• Tour dates and programs are tentative and subject to change
• The tour operator/guide is not responsible for the loss of luggage
• Superb Umrah kit, which contains one backpack bag, one big travel Bag, one shoulder bag, and one water bottle, will be collected from our office.
• Superb Hajj kit and passport to be picked up from our office
• Decided schedule to be followed for ziyarat and meals
• Drinking water will be available in our mess pilgrims are free to fill their water bottles from there.
• Toiletries like buckets, tumblers, and towels will not be provided in any hotel
• We are not responsible for the loss or theft of a passport or luggage at the airport
• Pilgrims requiring wheelchairs are advised to carry their wheelchairs.
• We will not be held accountable for any delay, rejection, /or any mistake in Hajj visa from KSA, and visa fees are non-refundable.
• The Company’s tours are the only subject of claims, disputes, and litigation that are construed by current Indian laws, with the Moradabad courts having exclusive jurisdiction over them.
